Tammy has been teaching Spanish for 21 years and also tutors privately. She has experience creating curriculum for ages 3-12 , and both started the Spanish program as well as created the curriculum at 3 local independent schools. In 2020 with the arrival of distance learning/remote learning, she carefully adapted to bringing her lessons online. She is now able to reach more students and offer more technology within her lessons as well.
Tammy's mission is to instill a love of language learning both inside and outside of the classroom. She encourages critical thinking and emphasizes the learning process over rote memorization.
